brakes on jcb 526s

hi,



the brakes on the above machine are not working properly.



when you put the foot down, there isnt much stopping power, and the pedal travels further than it normally does, however if you take your foot off and then tramp on the pedal again the brakes work fine.



is there seals in the braking system that need replaced?



I take it theres a master cylinder hidden somewhere?



Please help.
